Oma is a Lawyer in our Corporate & Commercial team, advising both private and publicly listed clients in relation to:
- private M&A;
- capital raising;
- commercial contracts and arrangements; and
- general corporate advice.
Oma’s prior work experience includes roles with the Australian Stock Exchange (ASX) and a national firm. She has advised on ASX related compliance and regulatory matters, and her broad industry sector experience includes professional services, energy, transport, mining and resources.
Oma prides herself on providing practical, commercial advice. Examples of matters on which she has worked include assisting:
- a world leading testing, inspection and certification company on the purchase of complementary businesses to support expansion;
- a publicly listed Canadian based mining company in relation to a group restructure;
- a national law firm with a sale of its legacy practice;
- an ASX listed e-bike company on its capital raise;
- an ASX listed renewable energy company on its entitlement offers and capital raises; and
- a national gym franchise in acquiring a national fitness business.
Outside of work, Oma loves getting outdoors and spending time with family.
