- Advising Energy Solutions on numerous utility scale solar farm and BESS projects throughout Australia, including negotiating EPC Contracts, O&M Contracts, parent company guarantees, financier tripartite deeds and other ancillary documents including down-stream key supply agreements.Â
- Advising Everllence (previously MAN Energy Solutions) on several high-value equipment supply agreements for renewable energy and oil and gas projects in Australia. Â
- Preparation of a full suite of design, construct and minor consultancy agreements for an industry superannuation fund and separately for a new tier 1 contractor to the Australian market.Â
- Preparation of Design & Construct contracts for an EV charging infrastructure client.Â
- Drafting and negotiating upstream and downstream contracts and ongoing contract administration and dispute resolution for the redevelopment of 499 Kent Street, Sydney.Â
- Provision of ‘in-house’ legal services for a Brisbane and Perth-based project services client, relevant to LNG pipeline projects and offshore wind subcontract reviews.Â
- Strategic advisor to Robin Khuda’s residential development company Ondas, concerning acquisition and construction of projects in Melbourne.Â
