Estate planning
- Drafting Wills, including testamentary trusts, tailored to clients’ objectives and asset structures.
- Preparing Enduring Powers of Attorney and Appointments of Medical Treatment Decision Maker.
- Advising on superannuation strategies and structuring death benefit nominations.
- Succession planning for clients with complex financial structures, including family trusts, companies, and SMSFs.
- Providing guidance for clients with blended families, unique family dynamics, and capacity considerations.
Estate administration
- Preparing and lodging applications for Grants of Probate and Letters of Administration and advising clients on the requirements of, and implications for, each step of the process.
- Managing all aspects of estate administration, including identifying, collecting, and transferring diverse assets including properties, shares, and superannuation.
- Preparing Survivorship and Transmission Applications and coordinating property transfers.
- Advising executors and beneficiaries on their legal obligations and rights, and providing practical solutions to navigate complex family or financial circumstances.
Estate litigation
- Acting for individuals, families, trustees and businesses in estate disputes.
- Testator’s family maintenance claims.
- Superannuation disputes, including self-managed superannuation funds.

Indianna was admitted to practice in 2023 after completing a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and Bachelor of Arts at Monash University. She is currently in her final semester of a Master of Laws, majoring in Wills and Estates and Estate Planning at the College of Law. Her professional highlights include helping to establish the LIV NextGen Wills & Estates Lawyers Network, on which she continues to serve as a committee member, speaking at Law Institute of Victoria events, and participating in the Women + AI APAC Workshop and Summit.
