Harriet joined the KHQ Corporate & Commercial team after completing the firm’s graduate program in 2025. Since joining the team, Harriet has assisted on:
- M&A (private and public);
- general corporate advice for private and publicly listed clients;
- capital raising; and
- commercial contracting arrangements.
Harriet has gained valuable experience assisting a diverse range of clients including across the mining, technology, professional services, education and childcare sectors.
Harriet holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Juris Doctor from the University of Melbourne and was admitted to practice in early 2026.
When not working, Harriet enjoys travelling, spending time with friends and family and exploring Melbourne’s food scene.
