Harper is a lawyer in our Family & Relationship Law team. He graduated from the Australian Catholic University in 2022 with a Bachelor of Law and then joined KHQ’s graduate program, during which he undertook intensive learning across a wide range of KHQ’s practice areas before choosing to specialise in family law. Harper was admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of Victoria in February 2024.
Having worked in people-facing roles throughout his career, Harper enjoys building relationships with clients and establishes a warm rapport while assisting with their legal issues. He takes a pragmatic approach and seeks to provide his clients with effective and efficient results, while guiding them through what is often a challenging time in their lives.
Harper advises on a broad range of family law matters, including property and parenting disputes as well as Binding Financial Agreements.
When not working, Harper enjoys quality time with his friends and family. He is also deeply anchored in Melbourne, being a passionate AFL fan and supporter of the Melbourne Demons football club.
