Callum’s recent experience includes:
- Assisting an ASX-listed mining company with a significant capital raise via an institutional placement of shares and share purchase plan.
- Assisting a trustee client to update numerous service provider contracts in response to recent regulatory developments.
- Establishing offers of units in managed investment schemes for retail investors in overseas jurisdictions.
Callum focuses on delivering legal advice that is accurate, pragmatic and commercial.
Callum graduated from the Victoria University of Wellington in 2021 with a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Commerce. He was admitted to practice law in the High Court of New Zealand in 2022 and gained admission in Australia in 2025. Prior to joining KHQ, Callum worked at a top international law firm in New Zealand where he advised on funds management and complex financial services regulatory issues.
