Each Tuesday afternoon at 4.45pm the team from KHQ will join Rach, Jacq and Dene on JOY FM for ‘JOY Law’, a regular segment where we discuss legal issues of interest to the LGBTI community.
Topics we will cover include:
- family law advice for rainbow families
- surrogacy
- sperm and egg donation agreements
- adoption and co-parenting
- estate planning
- succession planning, and
- taxation.
We’ll also address current topics and issues of interest, such as the upcoming Australian Marriage Equality Postal Survey.
