Tom Molan joins as Principal Solicitor, enhancing KHQ’s tier 1 Workplace Relations & Safety practice.
KHQ Lawyers is excited to announce the appointment of Tom Molan as a Principal Solicitor in its Workplace Relations & Safety team. Tom joins from MinterEllison, bringing more than 15 years’ experience advising corporate and government clients on complex employment and industrial relations matters.
Tom’s practice spans employment litigation, enterprise bargaining, industrial disputes, workplace change projects, and strategic advice on compliance and risk. His broad industry experience and calm, practical, solutions-oriented approach have made him sought after by major employers navigating high-stakes workplace issues.
KHQ’s Workplace Relations & Safety team is recognised for its depth of leadership and strong market credentials, with Tom’s appointment further strengthening its position.
